Return & Refund Policy

At Olyreign, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Period: Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and unopened, the product must be in its original packaging, and the item must be in resellable condition. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for opened or used perfumes, products damaged by misuse, or gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the item is defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
